LICENSING AND PRICING

Pricing built for channel distribution and regulated buyers.

RegLeg™ runs a hybrid model. List price anchors the relationship, volume tiered discounts honor scale, and uplifts apply where the deployment earns them. Channel first means most customers reach us through a partner, and early on we also serve direct buyers as partners come online.

THE MODEL

List anchored. Volume tiered. Partner distributed.

RegLeg publishes a list price for each module and bundle. Partners apply tiered discounts against committed volume. Uplifts apply for high coverage scope, accelerated deployment, or specialized regulatory frameworks. The result is predictable economics for the partner, defensible economics for the buyer, and sustainable margin for RegLeg.

What determines price.

Modules deployed

Each module is licensed independently. Most deployments start with regulatory change briefs and policy update drafts, then expand to training, board, comparison, and decision support as the team’s operating cadence builds confidence.

Coverage scope

Scope is set by jurisdiction count, sector framework count, business line count, and the size of the customer’s internal policy corpus. Scope is set at contract and renegotiated at renewal.

Tenant size and concurrency

Tenants are priced against the number of named reviewers, the platform footprint inside the customer’s systems, and the concurrency expected for board, audit, and regulator response windows.

Deployment partner

The partner of record shapes the implementation timeline, the integration depth, and the support footprint. Partner tier determines the discount stack against list.

HOW PRICING WORKS

Licensed to your company, not your headcount.

RegLeg is licensed to your company, not per user. Pricing is shaped by the modules you deploy, the markets you cover, and the number of approvers in your organization. Here is how it comes together. Your partner builds the quote with you, and if you do not have a partner yet, our team will point you to the right one.

How RegLeg is licensed and priced: a license band sized to your company, add on modules, geo packs, approver seats, and support and TAM, configuring into your RegLeg license. Licensed to your company, not per user; only Approvers carry a seat.

Most customers are served through a partner. For unique requirements, custom and direct licensing is available by arrangement. Talk to us.
