Agreements, policies, and notices that govern how RegLeg does business.

RegLeg sells and supports its regulatory intelligence platform through a partner channel. Depending on how you interact with RegLeg, different documents will apply to you. This page is the index.

Which document applies to you.

RegLeg builds and licenses the underlying platform. A RegLeg partner (reseller, OEM, or integrator) typically holds the direct commercial relationship with end customers. Use the map below to identify the document that governs your interaction.

RegLeg End User Terms

Data processing

Data Processing Addendum

RegLeg designs the platform around a zero retention personal data architecture. End users are represented by opaque tokens, and no end user personal information is stored in RegLeg systems. A Data Processing Addendum is required only for the limited partner administrator records that sit in an external vault. The DPA is not published on the website and is provided directly to Authorized Partners during onboarding.

Production instances of the RegLeg platform are hosted by Authorized Partners under the Partner Agreement and the Partner Program Terms. The Service Level Schedule is provided directly to Authorized Partners and is not published on the website.

Acceptable use

Acceptable Use

Partner facing commercial documents.

The Partner Program Terms and Trademark Guidelines above are published and apply as described. The Data Processing Addendum and the Service Level Schedule are not published on the website: the Data Processing Addendum because of the platform’s zero retention personal data architecture, and the Service Level Schedule because Authorized Partners host production instances of the RegLeg platform. Both are provided directly to Authorized Partners during onboarding. For a copy or for questions, contact legal@regleg.com or your partner manager.
