Cookie Notice.

This Cookie Notice explains how RegLeg Solutions, Inc. uses cookies and similar technologies on regleg.com. It supplements, and should be read together with, the RegLeg Privacy Policy.

Last updated: June 11, 2026 · Effective: June 11, 2026

1. Scope.

This Cookie Notice applies to regleg.com and to other RegLeg operated web properties that link to this notice (together, the “Site”). Separate practices apply inside the authenticated RegLeg platform and are summarized at the end of this notice and described in the Privacy Policy. This notice does not cover third party sites linked from the Site, which have their own cookie and privacy practices.

2. What are Cookies and Similar Technologies.

A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser on your device when you visit a website. We use the term “cookies” in this notice to include not only browser cookies but also similar technologies that read or write information on your device, such as pixel tags, clear GIFs, beacons, local storage, session storage, and software development kits embedded in our pages. Cookies may be set by RegLeg directly (first party) or by a third party we have engaged (third party).

3. Categories of Cookies We Use.

We group cookies on the Site into the four categories described below. The right to withdraw any consent you have given is explained in Section 9.

4. How We Use Cookies.

We use cookies to: (a) serve and secure the Site; (b) remember your consent, language, and accessibility preferences; (c) understand how visitors find and use the Site and where we can improve it; (d) measure the effectiveness of our content and campaigns; (e) route inbound inquiries from partners, prospects, and customers to the right team; and (f) detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse. We do not use cookies on the Site to engage in cross-context behavioral advertising, to sell personal information, or to profile visitors for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

5. Third Party Cookies.

Some cookies on the Site are set by third parties we have engaged as service providers or processors under written agreements. These third parties may process data on our behalf for the purposes described above. Third parties we expect to use include providers of web analytics, content delivery, form processing, and embedded video, as disclosed in our preference center. We do not permit third parties to read or write cookies on the Site for their own independent advertising or targeting purposes.

6. Analytics.

We use a web analytics tool to measure Site traffic, referral sources, and page performance. Where our analytics tool supports it, we configure it with IP address truncation, disabled cross-site identifiers, and reduced data retention. Analytics is treated as a Performance and Analytics cookie under Section 3 and follows the consent model described there.

7. Advertising and Measurement.

Where we run a marketing campaign, we may use measurement pixels or conversion tags to understand which channels, creatives, or landing pages drive visits and form submissions. These pixels are treated as Marketing and Measurement cookies under Section 3. We configure marketing measurement to rely on aggregated and modeled data where available and to avoid creating or enriching cross-context advertising profiles. RegLeg is not an ad supported product, and we do not display third party advertising on the Site.

9. Your Choices.

You can exercise choice over cookies on the Site in several ways:

  1. Preference center. Open the RegLeg preference center to turn individual categories on or off. Strictly Necessary cookies cannot be disabled. A link to the preference center is available in the Site footer and below.
  2. Browser controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, block third party cookies, or launch a private browsing mode. Consult your browser’s documentation for instructions.
  3. Device controls. Mobile operating systems offer controls for limiting ad tracking and resetting advertising identifiers.
  4. Opt-out tools. Industry programs such as the Network Advertising Initiative, Digital Advertising Alliance, and the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance offer sector wide opt-out tools.

10. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal in jurisdictions where GPC is recognized as a valid opt-out mechanism, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, and other U.S. states that treat GPC as a universal opt-out. When your browser transmits a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of any cross-context behavioral advertising, to the extent applicable. Browsers and browser extensions also transmit a Do Not Track (DNT) header. Because there is no industry standard for DNT, we currently do not change our behavior in response to DNT alone, but we continue to honor GPC.

11. Cookie Retention.

Session cookies expire at the end of your browser session. Persistent cookies expire after a defined period, ranging from minutes for security tokens to up to 24 months for consent preferences and campaign attribution. The specific retention for each cookie is shown in the preference center. You can delete cookies at any time through your browser regardless of their scheduled expiration.

12. Cookies Inside the RegLeg Platform.

The authenticated RegLeg platform is a B2B regulatory intelligence application accessed through partner provisioned accounts. Inside the platform we use only strictly necessary and functional cookies to authenticate sessions, protect against cross-site request forgery, carry tenant and language preferences, and maintain operational telemetry tied to opaque identifiers. The platform does not use cookies for advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or the sale of personal information. Additional detail is provided in the Privacy Policy and the End User License Agreement.

13. Changes to This Notice.

We may update this Cookie Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable law. When we make a material change, we update the “Last updated” date at the top of this notice and, where legally required, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Site after the effective date of an updated notice indicates acceptance of the updated notice.
