Agreements, policies, and notices that govern how RegLeg does business.
RegLeg™ sells and supports its regulatory intelligence platform through a partner channel. Depending on how you interact with RegLeg, different documents will apply to you. This page is the index.
Which document applies to you.
RegLeg builds and licenses the underlying platform. A RegLeg partner (reseller, OEM, or integrator) typically holds the direct commercial relationship with end customers. Use the map below to identify the document that governs your interaction.
Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
Govern use of regleg.com and the information you provide through forms, events, and marketing interactions.
Your partner’s agreement plus RegLeg end user terms
Most production use of the platform is governed by a master agreement your partner holds with their end customer, together with the RegLeg End User Terms that flow through the partner contract.
Partner Program Terms
Govern authorization to market, resell, integrate, or deliver the RegLeg platform under the partner channel program.
Website and company policies.
These apply to every visitor and to information shared with RegLeg outside of a signed contract.
Privacy Policy
How RegLeg collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information about website visitors, contacts, prospects, event attendees, and people who correspond with RegLeg.
Terms of Use
Rules for accessing and using regleg.com, including acceptable use, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution for the website itself.
Cookie Notice
Describes the cookies and similar technologies used on regleg.com, the purposes they serve, how long they persist, and how visitors can manage preferences.
Security and Vulnerability Reporting
How researchers and customers can report suspected vulnerabilities in the RegLeg platform or website, what RegLeg commits to in response, and the safe harbor for good faith reports.
End User License Agreement
Binds the individual end user of the RegLeg platform directly to RegLeg. Governs permitted use of credentials, prohibited conduct, and RegLeg’s direct cause of action against an end user who breaches, in addition to any obligations running through the Authorized Partner.
Platform and partner agreements.
These govern use of the RegLeg platform, authorized partner activity, and data handling in production environments.
RegLeg End User Terms
Platform level terms that flow through partner agreements to end customers. Covers permitted use, proprietary rights, user content, service availability, and role boundaries between RegLeg, the partner, and the end customer. The platform level end user terms are published as the End User License Agreement.
Partner Program Terms
Governs authorization to market, resell, integrate with, or deliver the RegLeg platform. Includes conduct standards, data handling expectations, and branding use.
Data Processing Addendum
RegLeg designs the platform around a zero retention personal data architecture. End users are represented by opaque tokens, and no end user personal information is stored in RegLeg systems. A Data Processing Addendum is required only for the limited partner administrator records that sit in an external vault. The DPA is not published on the website and is provided directly to Authorized Partners during onboarding.
Service Level Schedule
Availability, incident severity, response time, and remedy commitments for the pre production environments RegLeg operates for Authorized Partners (betas, demos, and proofs of concept). Production instances of the RegLeg platform are hosted by Authorized Partners under the Partner Agreement and the Partner Program Terms. The Service Level Schedule is provided directly to Authorized Partners and is not published on the website.
Acceptable Use
Acceptable use rules, prohibited conduct, content standards, and suspension rights for the RegLeg platform are consolidated into the Terms of Use (for the website) and the End User License Agreement (for the platform). RegLeg does not maintain a separate Acceptable Use Policy.
Trademark and Branding Guidelines
Permitted uses of the RegLeg name, logos, and product marks. Required for partners, press, analysts, and customers referencing RegLeg in public materials.
Partner facing commercial documents.
The Partner Program Terms and Trademark Guidelines above are published and apply as described. The Data Processing Addendum and the Service Level Schedule are not published on the website: the Data Processing Addendum because of the platform’s zero retention personal data architecture, and the Service Level Schedule because Authorized Partners host production instances of the RegLeg platform. Both are provided directly to Authorized Partners during onboarding. For a copy or for questions, contact legal@regleg.com or your partner manager.
